This is my first attempt at Camera Projection, a technique where you make a still photograph look like it is moving.  In this case i tried to make it look like a slow motion strobbing movement. 

The photograph was broken into component parts using Photoshop CS5.  Sections of the crowd were cloned and rebuilt.  Then it was all all put together and animated using After Effects. It takes a bit of patience and trial and error but the results are interesting.

I think there might be more than a dalliance with this technique for me…
